The Chamber is the only organization in the state to offer coordinated leadership programs for two distinct groups of residents. Leadership Norman for adults, and Tomorrow’s Leaders for high school sophomores, both provide participants unique opportunities and insights through a variety of sessions focused on community issues and growing leadership qualities.

The Norman Chamber has many opportunities and events throughout the year where business owners and career professionals can meet one another to expand their network.
The Chamber offers several professional development opportunities to its members that includes Four Lunch & Learns a year that are geared to support small businesses; quarterly general membership meetings that provide networking opportunities for members and guest speakers who offer dialogue on issues affecting Norman and its business community; quarterly women’s leadership luncheons that are women-only events featuring women leaders making a difference; 35 South luncheons that target those who commute away from Norman; and other events and programs throughout the year.
