Scott Martin
President/CEO

Scott Martin has overall responsibility for the administration and operation of the Norman Chamber including all programs, planning and operations. He is in charge of the Norman Chamber staff and the oversight of the budget. His responsibilities include facilitating the Board of Directors, Executive & Finance Committee, Government Affairs and Sooner Centurions.


Melissa Peterson
, Senior VP of Operations

Melissa Peterson manages the Executive & Finance committee, Board of Director communication, and budget oversight. Melissa also serves as the Norman Chamber’s office manager by ensuring the office operates efficiently. She also manages the Chamber’s database and controls all invoicing done by the Chamber. In addition, she facilitates Sooner Centurions, and is responsible for the Aviation/Transportation and Women's Leadership committees.


Kelly Arnold
, APR, VP of Marketing and Communications

Kelly Arnold develops and manages all marketing and communications strategies for the Norman Chamber. Kelly is behind the Chamber's website, social media, press releases, print and digital publications, videos, photography, advertising, e-communications and more. Kelly is also in charge of the Chamber's two largest events of the year: the Annual Awards Banquet that is held in late January and the Annual Auction, typically held in the fall. Kelly manages the Events committee that is in charge of these two events.


Jamie Wade
, VP of Membership

As the Vice President of Membership, Jamie Wade is in charge of informing potential new members and current members about the benefit of their chamber membership. Jamie manages the Small Business Council, Membership committee and the Ambassadors program. Jamie is also in charge of the Total Resource Campaign (TRC). Jamie coordinates all ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings as well.


Erica Millar
, VP of Community Development and Government Affairs

Erica Millar's primary function is to manage the Norman Chamber's Leadership Development program, which includes Leadership Norman and Tomorrow's Leaders, and to coordinate government relations for the Chamber. Erica also organizes the quarterly general membership luncheons, 35 South ProjectChamber-sponsored city council debates, legislative breakfasts & lunches, and the Washington D.C. Fly-In. She coordinates the Business & the ArtsBusiness & Education and Weather committees, as well.


Sharon Hewitt
Receptionist/Bookkeeper

Sharon Hewitt is the Norman Chamber's receptionist so when you call the Chamber, the first voice you will most likely hear is Sharon's. Sharon manages our phones and office supplies. She also is the Chamber's bookkeeper and pitches in when needed on events and programs.


Leigh Disney
, Norman NEXT Staff Assistant

Leigh Disney works part time at the Norman Chamber and primarily assists with the Norman NEXT program. Leigh works directly with the Norman NEXT board on communication and logistics for the program. Leigh also pitches in when needed on Chamber events and programs.
