New Event Cancellation Policy

Effective March 14, 2017, the Norman Chamber's individual ticket cancellation policy is one (1) week in advance of the event.
We are only able to offer a refund if you notify us no later than one week before the event begins due to our committed food & beverage numbers.  An RSVP obligates you to payment unless you adhere to these guidelines.

Banquet and Auction sponsorship changes must be submitted and approved by Chamber staff two months prior to event or publication date.

To cancel your registration, please email the staff member in charge of the event or call 405-321-7260.
