Leadership Norman
Designed to cultivate and identify community leaders,
the program consists of 15 interactive sessions.
When: October- April
Sponsorship opportunity: $400 per session for most
sessions
Tomorrow’s Leaders
Designed to identify “sophomores” in the Norman area who
have demonstrated leadership qualities and help further
develop their potential, the program covers 10 sessions.
When: January- April
Sponsorship opportunity: $300 per session for most
sessions.
Leaders Plus
Designed for individuals who may have retired from their
careers or demonstrated leadership in volunteer
activities and want to become more active in the
community, Leaders Plus includes 10 sessions.
When: January- April
Sponsorship opportunity: Cost of lunch for class.
Dependant upon number of enrollees.
Annual Banquet
Summary: Highlights from the Chamber’s year including
the Athena Award and Teachers of the Year awards
presentations
When: Held annually in April

An Autumn Evening With The Chamber
Summary: Chamber’s annual auction

Business After Hours
Summary: Monthly networking event hosted by local
businesses attracts an average of 200 people.
When: Third Tuesday of each month, 5:15- 7:30 p.m.

Business Before Hours
Summary: Monthly networking event hosted by local
businesses attracts an average of 100 people.
When: Last Wednesday of each month, 8:00- 9:15 a.m.

Summary: Annual luncheon allows business community to
honor local artists When: Annually in October

emergency response personnel, and D.A.’s Office

Aviation Breakfast
Summary: Breakfast to promote and recognize the
importance of Max Westheimer Airport and aviation to the
Norman community

Norman Sooner Kick-off
Summary: With approximately 3,500 new students coming to
OU each year, Norman Sooner Kickoff is a great way for
local businesses to introduce their services and
products to new customers. Participants are encouraged
to distribute coupons, samples, and promotional
materials

Where: Outdoors in mall area between Adams and Walker
Residence Halls
Sponsorship opportunity: 10’ X 10’ booth rental- $60 for
members/ $120 for non-members
Business Marketplace
Summary: Local businesses are given the opportunity to
showcase their products and services and meet new
customers in this event held in conjunction with
Business After Hours

Aviation Committee Lunches
Summary: Regular committee meetings concerning aviation
and its place in Norman
When: Held monthly on the second Tuesday

Sponsorship opportunity: Provide food for approximately
25 people
Annual ROTC Awards
Summary: Joint awards ceremony with the University of
Oklahoma, recognizing outstanding cadets and midshipmen

Tinker Quarterly Awards
Summary: In support of the 72d Air Base Wing of Tinker
Air Force Base, these awards are presented to Air Force
personnel

(coupons, gifts, etc.) to be collected and stuffed in
