Norman Business Journal
Each month, the Norman Chamber of Commerce publishes the
Norman Business Journal. The journal contains
information about current Chamber activities and events
as well as Chamber member and community information.
Twenty-four hundred copies are mailed on the first of
the month to all Chamber representatives and are given
to prospective members throughout the month.
Chamber Membership Directory
The Norman Chamber of Commerce publishes 5,000
membership directories each January for use throughout
the year by its members as telephone and reference
books. The directories are also sent to prospective
Norman residents to encourage them to do business with
Chamber members when they relocate to Norman. All
members as of October 31 are listed alphabetically and
by business category. Street or post office address,
telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and web
pages are included. Representatives are listed
alphabetically as well, with a cross reference to the
member business.
Norman Relocation Guide
The Norman Chamber of Commerce publishes the Norman
Relocation Guide each year for use in recruiting new
residents to Norman. Five thousand copies are printed
each spring and mailed in relocation packets to
prospective Norman residents, provided to local
employers for use in recruiting new employees, and
distributed through military relocation fairs and other
similar activities throughout the year.
Chamber Year-In-Review
The Norman Chamber of Commerce publishes a
year-in-review each year to publicize and celebrate the
organization’s achievements of the past twelve months.
The year-in-review is sent to each Chamber
representative at time of publication, is distributed to
new and prospective Chamber members throughout the year,
and is published as a tabloid and inserted in The Norman
Transcript.
Norman Street Map
Each summer the Norman Chamber of Commerce publishes a
Norman street map for distribution free of charge. The
map includes all Norman streets, as of the date of
production, and an accompanying legend for easy street
location. Also included is a map of the main campus of
the University of Oklahoma. Fifteen thousand copies of
the map are printed and distributed through the Norman
Chamber, City of Norman, Norman Convention and Visitors
Bureau, and OU Visitors Center as well as in all
relocation packets.
Chamber Website
The Chamber’s recently reconstructed website provides
premium marketing opportunities for Chamber members. The
website is a comprehensive site with visitor
information, relocation information, employment
opportunities, health care services, community
information, and a complete list of all Chamber members.
